Maya Sings has already achieved so much in the first year of performing music. From playing NC Local Music's 2012 Benefit For Interact, as well as the NC Local Music 5 Year anniversary in 2012, Maya has also won “Youth Artist Of The Year” at the Carolina Music Awards, as well as the Band Competition at Shakori Hills Music Fest. Maya’s folksy music is inspired by many great artists, friends and family, with a mixture of upbeat cheerful songs, and slower melancholy life stories.

We are hoping for another great successful leap for Maya Sings... A record deal opportunity. Maya Sings has been entered in Guitar Center's "Songwriter 2 Contest" to win a record deal along with a lot of other cool prizes.
